Reservations
 Reservations for appointments $20.00 and over are assured with a credit card or a Kimberley’s gift certificate. We recommend you schedule your appointment well in advance.

Cancellations
 As a courtesy to other guests and our team members, please give us a 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge. A credit card or Kimberley’s gift certificate deposit will be required at the time of booking your reservation.

For Your Protection
 We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

When visiting our spa, please leave your jewelry at home. We also ask that you wear the smock provided and remove (but not limited to) your blouse, jacket,sweater or top as we as we are not responsible for any damage to personal articles.

Bridal Parties
 We are able to give estimates for bridal party hair design and makeup application. Please be advised that an estimate is just that and the pricing can change due to circumstances. Bridal parties accommodated before or after regular business hours will be charged accordingly. Payment in full is required for all bridal parties and other large parties upon bookings and is not refundable.

Miscellaneous

  • We offer a full line of Keyano® products, designed to enhance the appearance and healthfulness of your hair, skin and body
  • We love children; however we are unable to accommodate them during your visit.
  • We ask that cell phones be turned off during your visit with us. Should you need to use your cell phone we ask that you use it outside.
  • Gratuities are not included in our prices and are graciously accepted.
  • Gratuities cannot be charged or added to any credit card or bank card.
  • Eighteen years of age or younger will need a parent or legal guardian with them to sign a consent form for any massage service.
  • We ask that you arrive early for your scheduled appointment and relax in our living room.
  • Alcohol is prohibited on the Spa’s premises.
  • Prices are good through November 10th, 2007.
  • All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
  • $30 charge on all return checks.

Important Information Regarding Kimberley’s A Day Spa Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates may be used to purchase only retail products and services at the day spa. The dollar amount shown on a gift certificate determines its value.
  • Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift certificate sale is final.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift certificates expire one year from date shown on the gift certificate for the purchase of services and two years from the date shown on the gift certificate for the purchase of retail products.
  • All gift certificates must be presented at the conclusion of your service(s). If you do not have your gift certificate with you, you are expected to make payment before you leave. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift certificates may not be used for gratuities.

Present a valid United States Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege Card or Active or Reserve Duty Card and Kimberley’s … A Day Spa will give a 10% discount on services and retail products. This offer is valid Monday through Friday and may not be combined with other offers. The discount does not apply to gift certificate purchases. This discount is applicable to the cardholder only (unless your child is under age 12).
